A small agreement for a small artifact.
What this is
The Last Reply creates one AI-generated reply to one unsent message. The reply is an imagined artifact. It was not written, approved, or sent by the real person, and it cannot know what they feel now.
Use
You must be at least 13. Do not use the product to harass, impersonate, threaten, expose, or contact another person. Do not share private contact information, addresses, or sensitive personal details in hosted public links.
Payment
The $4.99 one-time pass unlocks the limits shown in the app. Payment is handled by Stripe. If checkout succeeds but access does not unlock, email support@thelastreply.com with the checkout email and approximate payment time.
Refunds
If the pass was purchased by mistake or the product did not work, contact support within 14 days. Refunds may be declined for abusive use, repeated refund requests, or completed use of the pass.
Deletion
To request deletion of saved replies, public links, or purchase-linked recovery data, email support from the checkout email when possible. Public links can also be disabled if they reveal something you did not mean to share.
Availability
The app may be unavailable, rate-limited, or return an error when AI, OCR, payment, or storage providers are down. The product is not therapy, legal advice, emergency support, or a way to communicate with the real person.
